No mass-produced products allowed MLM (multi-level marketing) businesses are not permitted
Safety Regulations:
Vendors using grills, food trucks, or any potentially flammable items must have a fire extinguisher on hand.
Tents must be securely placed with a minimum of 10 pounds per leg
Term of Agreement:
Specify the duration of the contract May 25 – December 31, 2024
Fees and Payments:
Introductory Pricing for May 25th All vendors: $25 per allocated spot (approximately 10’ wide
and 20’ deep)
Pricing for May 1st – November
After careful reconsideration, we feel that to be fair with all our vendors, regardless of your good and services it will be $30 per allocated spot.
Payment Methods for vendor spot:
• Credit Card, Cash, Check, Venmo, CashApp.
Payment needs to be submitted by Thursday before the event.
Booth Assignment and Setup:
Signage is acceptable, spaces will be first come. Tents are acceptable allotted vendor space is approximately 10 ft wide by 20 ft deep. If your set up needs more space you will need to pay.
Operating Hours and Attendance:
Vendor and Food Truck Schedule:
Every Saturday
Arrival and set up: 6-7am, if you are late you will not be able to set up or be a vendor on that day with no reimbursement.
Clean up: 3-4pm (please vacate the property by 4pm)
Open for Customers 7am-3pm
Hold Harmless and Release of Liability:
The Vendor shall hold harmless, indemnify and release from liability, the Brianna Group, LLC
and the New Hope Church for any claims made against them that are the result from the
activities of the Vendor, including, but not limited to product distribution and services provided
by the Vendor while on the premises.
